Robot Advisor

From Ship of Fools.com .... If you're facing one of those tough ethical decisions and don't know where to turn, why not whip along to the Christian Robot-Adviser for some timely words of advice?

From the site:

"Everyone is faced with many choices throughout the course of their lifetime. Many times, decisions are made on the basis of feelings experienced at the moment. Frequently, regrets later emerge as we face the consequences of unwise choices we made, and we wish we would have taken more time to think through all the options and implications of the various choices before us.

The Bible has many principles from God about decision-making. The application of these principles helps us to make wise decisions based on sound advice, and to avoid the error of making choices merely based on our feelings or moods at the moment.
Please, fill in the blank the problem you are facing and click the button for an advice."

Alrighty then ... I asked the robot "Should I go to Church in my briefs or not? It pretty much left the decision to me but it was rather interesting! It asked me if it would be a "glory to God", and "make worship easier" among others. I had to vote against the idea as it would be a "stumbling block to my brothers and sisters."

This thing is kinda fun in a strange way ... Give it a try ... What do you think?

Interesting yet perfect example you give about the many choices we are faced with every day.

And that's exactly why we shouldn't go with our feeling. We should only rely on God's Word, as you stated, and not on our own emotions which often get in the way.

Great post! Great writing for us Christians to reflect on and take into account.

So how did you come up with this Robot Advisory post anyway?
